Recruitment Administrator

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator to join the Centralised Recruitment function within Helping Hands, a dynamic and established organisation based in Alcester, Warwickshire. Our business has been through substantial growth over the last few years and we continue to increase our headcount to allow for our ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months. In support of this, we are now looking for a Recruitment Administrator to take a lead in supporting the Carer Recruitment Team with the recruitment of Carers.

As a Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for the day to day management of new candidate files, obtaining references and applying for DBS Checks. The working environment is both fast paced and productive and requires individuals that have experience at working at pace on high volume roles.

Role Responsibility

  • Management of candidate pipeline and complete candidate journey from initial enquiry to employment start date
  • Ensuring that all recruitment processes are adhered to
  • Working within best practice guidelines to comply with industry regulations
  • Operating  within agreed SLA’s
  • Managing our Applicant Tracking System
  • Candidate compliance
  • Involvement in on boarding activities

Who You Are

You will ideally have experience within an in-house or agency recruitment role or have a real passion for recruitment. What you must bring to the role is strong interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated, independent and able to manage your time effectively. You will also be confident, tenacious, enthusiastic, adaptable and able to work in a changeable and fast paced environment.
