Project Coordinator - 12 month FTC

The Role

Helping Hands is committed to investing in state-of-the-art technology to enable our employees to work efficiently across all areas of the business. As part of the next stage in our company growth, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the roll out of a new core operating system for the entire work force.

This is an exciting new opportunity for a tech savvy individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of implementing the Access suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring project plans, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.

Role Responsibility

  • Ensure the project is running smoothly and deadlines are met
  • Planning parts of the project, monitoring its progress, coordinating meetings and collaborating with members of the project team
  • Coordinating and attending and stakeholder meetings
  • Assigning tasks to team members in relation to the completion of projects
  • Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports
  • Providing administrative support as needed.

Who You Are

We are ideally looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels. Previous success in delivering a similar project in a fast-paced environment will be beneficial, as will knowledge of the project management lifecycle.

Due to the changing nature of working in a rapidly growing organisation, time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude are essential.
