E-Learning Administrator - Part Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our brand new division within the Helping Hands Learning and Development team to support our E-Learning Designer to further develop a bespoke Virtual Learning Environment. This will be used as a vehicle to deliver training for up to 3000 Carers each year and also support office staff with Management training, giving you the opportunity to have a positive impact across the whole business.
- Operate as a first point of contact for E-Learning queries
- Enrol new users onto the system
- Create and re-purpose content
- Report on programme completions and learner process
- Reviewing, testing and amending training material
The Ideal Candidate
In order to be successful in this role you will need strong attention to detail and have a creative flair. We strive to continually improve all processes at Helping Hands and will welcome suggestions on ways to improve our E-Learning facility. This role will suit an individual with an interest in learning technology and can work as part of a busy and creative team.
