Business Systems Manager
Due to the continued growth of our organisation and our commitment to investing in state of the art technology we are now looking to recruit a Systems Manager. The main purpose of the role is to develop, manage and maintain business and IT systems to ensure they are continually fit for purpose. You will play a key role in driving forward a range of new business IT systems that ensure that our rapidly evolving business achieves its key objectives. The role is split 70% Technical and 30% Project Management.
You will also be responsible for building strong and productive relationships with external suppliers and internal stake holders to ensure any new IT systems are effectively embedded into the company.
Previous experience of electric call monitoring and/or mobile device management is essential for this role.
- Implementation of new systems
- System monitoring, maintenance and development
- Identify operational issues and propose solutions
- Responsible for various systems including Coldharbour, CellTrak and SOTI
- Management of the Helpdesk team
Who You Are
An understanding of the Healthcare sector would be advantageous but not essential.
